In 1972, he took his first step into the profession as an apprentice.  Haci Serif CALISKAN  After a very short time, he establishes his own business, and he has to take a break from his Turkish delight business, which he started in 1974, for military service. This process conditions him a little more.
 
In 1976, he started his profession again with new ideas and thoughts. They go one step further by taking their Kardeşler with them and laying the first foundation of the KARDESLER company.  However, the production made under limited conditions is difficult. But  SIBLINGS  they don't give up. Until 1999!.. In this period, there is a sectoral shift between the Kardeşler and it ends in 2000.  
 
Haci Serif CALISKAN  without losing his excitement, he aims to move forward and his sons  , Yasin and Fatih CALISKAN  decides to continue with it. Together with the new generation, they start the construction of today's facility by making bold decisions.
 
On the Zeytinliova road , a 1500 m² closed area facility is completed on a 10,000 m² land.
In addition to Turkish delight, Tahini, Halva, Molasses, Jam, Wire Kadayif has been added to its production profile. In addition to its own brand, it has captured new market shares with contract manufacturing contracts. Aiming at a policy with a forward-looking and innovative company structure,  DEKAGROUP under the umbrella of DILDARI ,  ESCANOR ,  KARDEŞLER ,  It has collected ARI brands.
