DEKA project was established in 2004 and is being a subcontractor for UDEC. DEKA project’s main responsibility is obtaining of all required permissions from the state bodies for design and construction works and preparing working projects of radio base stations and microwave transmission sites.

Our activities:

•  Obtaining of permissions on beginning of exploitation
•  Performing and  receiving of sanitary passport 
•  Passing of completed object to the State Acceptance commission

Project works consist of:

• Getting of all necessary documents and conclusions
• Getting of  initial data and technical conditions required for working projects development
• Working up of project estimate documentation
• Coordination of working projects with organizations which provide technical conditions, inspecting organization of civil works
• Execution of state complex expertise  of working projects and their coordination with Ukrainian legislation
